I keep the entire process operating smoothly by ensuring volunteers are trained, placed, and work with each one to strengthen skills including correct use of technology. Also, I build the community through individual attention and hosting networking opportunities.**COMMUNITY RELATIONS Part of my job as a Volunteer Manager is working with community stakeholders.
