Indira is a person of responsibility and hard work. Organized, agile, disciplined, and detail-oriented are among the values she prioritizes in her professional life. She graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, and continues to uphold a strong work ethic in her career. Currently, Indira works as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Directors at KST, where her organizational skills and attention to detail contribute to the company's efficiency. During her academic journey, Indira interned at PT United Tractors Tbk as a People Management Intern. Her exceptional performance earned her recognition as one of the Best Interns for the MBKM UT Batch #5, placing her among the top 0.25% of the entire batch. As part of her final assignment, Indira published a national SINTA 4 journal titled "Implementation of Disaster Risk Reduction Policy in Indonesia," demonstrating her dedication to contributing meaningful research to the field of communication and policy studies. In 2022, she was awarded one of Indonesia's most prestigious scholarships, IISMA, a fully funded program by the Ministry of Education. This opportunity allowed her to study at the University of Birmingham, where she gained valuable international experience and broadened her perspective. With a passion for excellence and growth, Indira is committed to building a career that combines her skills in communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.
