My mission is to help companies and institutes follow the principles of gamification to foster an engaging work environment. When we look back to our childhood, it seems like it was easier to learn new things, learning felt exciting and fun because we did it through games and new experiences, but as expectations change and our responsibilities shift, our jobs can become monotonous and taxing and we end up losing that excitement.
