About Indra Albrecht
Hello! I'm a sociologist working as a PhD candidate at the End of Life Care Research Group @Ghent University. I have a background in sociology and education sciences, where I found my passion for research. I got the chance to work on some short-time research projects in different fields and learned to develop both my quantitative and qualitative research skills. 🧐 In 2022 I started as a junior researcher at the End of Life Care Research Group. I am the executive researcher for the COSedation Project where we aim to develop a core outcome set for the evaluation of palliative sedation in clinical research and practice. This will create the opportunity to monitor and improve the practice. Outside of work, I spend most of my time being outdoors. You can find me hiking in nature, probably somewhere in the mountains.
