About Indra Hayre

I see seeds of potential within people and I water them. My previous education and work experience is centred around equity, community development, culture-creation, customer service, and event planning. Driven by a strong passion for Diversity and Inclusion, I work to integrate an inclusivity lens in everything I touch, with the hopes of it becoming an integral perspective present at every table, whether I am there or not. Although often described as 'outspoken', I know where my gaps are and see those as areas to fill with growth and education. I am one to create space for quieter voices and turn up the volume for others to hear, so that myself and others can learn from the experience and knowledge of our peers. I succeed when those around me do. I work to create unique biomes that are conducive for the individual growth of others.
