I bring with me over 10 years’ solid experience in manufacturing operations of FMCG business and extensive exposure in Baby and Fabric care products’ and also cigarette products', packing operations and Project Management, including 1 year in international locations (Japan) for Technology Transfers and Training. I am looking for a senior level assignment in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Technical Services within similar industry segment as well as opportunity for consultation is similar industries. I am associated with Procter & Gamble since 2012, having assumed multitasking technical and operational roles across Indonesia and overseas manufacturing sites. I was working with PT. HM Sampoerna an affiliate of Phillip Morris International and currently I work with British American Tobacco taking the role as Manufacturing Assurance Manager. Over the years in my career, I have demonstrated outstanding performances in: • Qualification of process, technology, project management, etc. • Cost reduction and capacity expansions in manufacturing supply chain by identifying constraints unit operations • Providing consultation and recommendations on operational improvements, business process modifications and best practices and designing business plan to meet customer needs and organizational goals. • Driving various improvement initiatives to improve cost, quality, efficiency and productivity at single site, Regionally and Globally. • Manufacturing startup for new products with ownership of process, technology, supply chain, quality, budget, and profitability meeting financial objectives of NPV, ROR, OTSR using Integrated work system (IWS) • People development through coaching/mentoring and training • Executing new Innovation, product launches national, Regional and Global levels.
