As Director of Global Engagement at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, I oversee student advising and engagement portfolios that serve thousands of international learners. I’ve led initiatives that improved service delivery, introduced scalable systems, and strengthened team alignment—all while navigating shifting policies and budgets.
