Resign to get a greater opportunity to develop myself. Second step as QC Manager of Industrial & Recycled Wood Furniture, start from building the QC system and the Team with total 10 QC ( 1 for paper job and 9 for field job ). The company exporting to whole the world. The best achievement was reducing a lot of quality issues and couching the team from fresh/starter young people with no experiences into tough and respected team supported by QC Apps built from a scratch. And now get the trust from 1 of the best Hotel project Interior Consultant in Spain to support monitoring and improve the quality they bought from Indonesia.
