About Indrajit Mondal

I believe classrooms and labs are more than just spaces—they are environments that shape how students think, learn, and collaborate. At Kewaunee International Group, I work with architects, consultants, and institutions to bring design visions to life by creating innovative, safe, and future-ready educational infrastructures. From modern classrooms to advanced laboratories, my role is to ensure every project blends functionality, design, and sustainability. With over 5 years of experience across diverse industries, I bring a unique perspective:where I had the privilege of helping families set up their homes—transforming empty rooms into warm spaces and upgrading daily lives through thoughtful furniture choices. Also I worked with companies to design super-productive workplaces that empowered employees and even helped transform manager cabins into true ‘leadership studios’—tailored to reflect the personality and vision of each leader.Today, my work goes far beyond delivering projects—it’s about creating impact.I partner with architects and educators to imagine learning environments that inspire curiosity and collaboration.I love taking a bold design vision and turning it into something practical, safe, and innovative—spaces that don’t just look good but truly work.Every project teaches me more about how space design shapes the way students learn and engage, and I carry those lessons forward. And along the way, I share my journey with aspiring professionals—mentoring them not just in career growth, but in understanding leadership as a lifelong learning process. For me, education is not just about infrastructure—it’s about building spaces where every seat feels like the front row. If you’re an architect, educator, or consultant working on schools, colleges, or labs, I’d love to connect and exchange ideas on how design can shape the future of learning.
