About Indrajit Singh

As a Lead Data Scientist at eClerx, I apply my passion for technology and data to build advance analytics solutions for customer operations. I use descriptive and predictive analytics, deep learning, and natural language processing to extract business value from real-time customer data, automate manual processes, and provide robust client solutions. I have successfully reduced complex auditing process into scalable AI solutions, bringing 200% ROI for the organization, and enhanced the capabilities to greater heights through working on versatile challenges in speech and text technology. I have over 9 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on data engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. I started my career at Informatica Corporation, where I gained experience with ETL, Bigdata, Hadoop, and several other data warehousing technologies. I then joined Fivetran as a Senior CSE, where I built data pipelines on the cloud, dbt, data flow, and model data warehousing for enterprise customers. I also continued to explore new technologies through personal projects and open communities, such as CellStrat AI Lab, where I gained exposure to one of the fastest-growing AI communities in Bangalore and developed several NLP-based solutions. I hold a Master of Technology in Data Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and have multiple certifications in AI and databases. I love what I do and choose to be happy regardless of the outcomes. When I'm not busy, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and family.
