I am a strategic marketer and insights leader with 20+ years of experience shaping iconic brands and building new ones across beverages, food, and consumer goods. My career has been defined by a passion for consumer-centric growth, innovation, and inclusion — and by a personal purpose of driving continuous progress and positive change in people and businesses. At United Breweries (A Heineken Company), I focus on embedding consumer centricity, innovation, and inclusion to unlock the next wave of growth. This role allows me to merge my expertise in insights and strategy with my commitment to building brands and cultures that are both impactful and inclusive. Previously at Diageo India, I led marketing for the premium whisky portfolio and delivered insight-driven transformations for brands such as Black Dog, McDowell’s No.1, and Signature, achieving substantial growth even through the Covid pandemic. Earlier in my career, I partnered with clients including ITC Foods, PepsiCo, BAT, VST Industries, and HSBC, shaping and launching household brands like Bingo, Yippie, Aashirvaad, Pepsi, and Slice. Recognized with multiple awards at Diageo and Kantar (WPP), and as a judge for the Effies India since 2021, I take pride in both building brands and building high-performance teams. Among my proudest contributions is leading the development of India’s first green whisky — a brand that delivers on consumer aspiration while embedding sustainability at its core. An Oxford-certified leader in sustainable business, I am equally passionate about mentoring the next generation, especially aspiring women from underrepresented backgrounds, including young STEM students.
