My career began in with Emirates, where I built a strong foundation in operations, customer relationship management, L&D, and business development. Aviation & L&D Expertise: At Emirates, I spent 20 years in various roles. As Operations Efficiency Controller, I focused on process improvements to drive productivity and utilized simulation techniques for forecasting operational scenarios. Stakeholder management and ensuring successful project delivery were key components of my role. Earlier, I managed operations, KPIs, and training at Skywards Contact Centre, where I developed applications to improve operational efficiency. In L&D, I designed and delivered training programs aimed at improving employee skills and service quality across the network. As a Business Planning & Development Specialist, I led projects to enhance service capabilities, created SLAs for internal units, and coached my team to ensure smooth execution. HR Strategy at EMAAR: After Emirates, I transitioned to a strategic HR role at EMAAR, working across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. I assessed HR needs, mapped L&D requirements, and contributed to workforce and succession planning. I coached managers, mediated employee relations, and improved productivity and retention. Business Coaching: As a Business Coach, I worked with leaders from top organizations in India, helping them navigate business challenges and refine their leadership skills, fostering strategic decisions and growth. Content Curation: I also curated Business Finance content for Zawya, a leading UAE news platform. This experience sharpened my strategic communication skills, creating insightful content for the business community in the Middle East and Africa. Current Role in L&D: Now, I specialize in L&D, focusing on curating content aligned with business needs, leading teams to deliver impactful learning solutions, and overseeing workplace coaching. Leadership development is a key focus, where I design programs to build strong leaders aligned with organizational goals.
