I am a strategic finance leader with 20+ years of global experience across Asia, Australia, Europe & Africa driving enterprise transformation, commercial growth, and operational resilience across Fortune 500 multinationals and high-growth industrial technology firms. My leadership spans senior roles at Reckitt, PepsiCo, & currently at Crane Currency, where I lead international finance and enable global scale-up and M&A execution. My career reflects broad-based finance leadership across operating businesses, corporate functions, and international markets. I have consistently delivered enterprise value across a wide spectrum of finance disciplines— commercial finance, FP & A, supply chain finance, treasury, governance, capex planning, and M&A—with a strong track record of P&L ownership, cash flow optimisation, and strategic business partnering at the Group ExCo level. At Crane Currency, I serve as CFO – International Markets, leading all non-US finance operations. I drive international financial performance, oversee global treasury and regulatory compliance (IFRS, US GAAP, SOX), and provide strategic counsel to the Board and Crane Leadership Team. Previously, I served as the finance business partner to the Group ExCo at Reckitt where I built the Group Functions finance team from scratch and partnered with the ExCo to lead central cost transformation and enable productivity across global functions. My 15-year tenure at PepsiCo spanned Asia, Australia, and Europe, where I held senior roles including Market Unit CFO – PepsiCo ANZ Beverages, and led transformation across commercial, supply chain, and category finance. I was selected for the PepsiCo Accelerated Leadership Program and recognised for delivering market turnarounds and structural cost savings. I have worked closely with McKinsey and BCG, and have anchored several major sponsorship deals (UEFA Champions League, Indian Premier League). My leadership style combines enterprise thinking, commercial fluency, and people development. I have built and scaled high-performing international teams, mentored senior finance talent, and fostered cultures of collaboration, accountability, and results. I also advise an AI-led startup on product, go-to-market, and investor engagement—blending domain expertise with digital innovation. I am an ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant, an MIT Sloan Fellow (MSc Strategy) from London Business School, and hold an MBA in Finance.
