I am a final-year PhD candidate at the University of Kansas, dedicated to advancing single-molecule RNA/DNA sequencing through microfluidic, nanofluidic, and solid-state exoribonuclease immobilization technologies. My skillset spans molecular biology techniques such as cell culturing, PCR, RNA handling and labeling, and enzyme immobilization using EDC/NHS surface chemistry, as well as electrophoresis and nano-chromatographic analysis. I have extensive experience with cutting-edge tools including resistive pulse sensing, SEM, AFM, Keyence, fluorescence microscopy, and ICP-MS, alongside expertise in solid-state in-plane nanopore sensing. My technical proficiency in nanofabrication, photolithography, and cleanroom operations is complemented by advanced computational capabilities in MATLAB, Python, and machine learning for data analysis. Through my interdisciplinary research, I aim to contribute to the development of third-generation sequencing platforms that enable transformative advances in genomics and bioanalytic.
