About Indy Virdee

Experienced and performance focused manager in the bus and transport industry, with a strong record of delivering results, leading teams, and improving operational performance. Over the past 25 years plus, I’ve developed deep industry knowledge through hands-on leadership, successfully managing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and building motivated, high-performing teams.Throughout my career, I’ve consistently stepped up when needed, but, at times, I’ve also stepped back out of loyalty. Whether it was to support business continuity, help stabilise a team, or back key decisions, I’ve made personal sacrifices to put the needs of the organisation first. While I don’t regret those choices, I now know the time is right to move forward.I am ready to transition from my current role into a senior management position, where I can contribute at a strategic level and help shape broader business outcomes. I bring the capability, experience, and mindset required to succeed, alongside a proven ability to lead through change, improve performance, and earn the respect of both teams and senior stakeholders.I’m seeking an opportunity with an organisation that values loyalty, recognises leadership potential, and supports long-term progression. I’m ready to lead on a larger scale and make a lasting impact. If you're looking for a capable, grounded leader who’s ready to step into senior management and deliver results from day one, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
