As part of his management team and as his trusted advisor, we build the financial plan, executed on the financial and business targets, and secured strong financial performance aligned with business strategy. As Norway's Pricing Manager, I was responsible for execution and implementation of the country pricing strategy, structure, actions, and tactics. I acted as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for top management team in pricing topics. FBP Buildings BU - responsible for monitoring & co-ownership of the P&L performance and forecasting, by acting as a trusted advisor and partner to the BU VP in business matters and in Business Reviews. As member of the VP's Management team I worked closely with the VP to secure the P&L. Business Controller with main emphasis on cost, income- and profit analysis and control at Lilleborg Profesjonell (Orkla)- responsible for closing cycles and corresponding reporting to management at company and corporate group level. After my studies, I worked as a special tax advisor for the petroleum industry - responsible for tax audits of dedicated companies, and part of the control and analysis team with on-site tax audits specializing in exploration companies, transfer pricing and on-site tax audits.
