Background

About Ineke van Dam

The past few years, I worked as UX architect, functional consultant and Project Manager on web applications, CRM portals, E-commerce projects and intranet solutions for internal communications and document management. To cut a long story short:* I’m a business analyst and project manager with strong usability focus, working out a nice plan for your project: from setting the right process, to high quality delivery.* Together, we’ll get to a clear picture of your needs, of what is really behind your question. Customer journey workshops, interviews. are only one way to figure out.* I insist on user-friendly and great designs.(ouch, that warn-out phrase…)"Don’t make me think"-style. But I’ll keep myself to the wire framing and analysis part, and I’ll find a skilled designer for helping me out.* I help people: end users, key-users, managers… everyone involved in the project. A personal approach is what I stand for. Change management for a department or a personal training, you name it.* Communication… so important in all of its aspects. And I love all of them. From cristal clear project related communication, to state-of-the-art web texts.* Project management: close follow up on my projects with the developers and designers*. and smile! To give you an idea of projects I worked on:atlascopco.comaxabank.be and homebankingpartenamut.belineas.beb-europe.comSpecialties: UX, functional analysis, Sitecore CMS, Sharepoint, trainings, configuration, Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager, getting things (really!) done
