Passionate about the intersection of architecture, urban planning, and real estate, I bring over a decade of experience in shaping retail and real estate strategies. After completing my studies in Architecture and Urban Planning at Graz University of Technology in 2012, I gained hands-on experience in renowned architecture firms across Munich, Graz, and Vienna, focusing on project development and competitions. Since 2013, my journey in the real estate industry has allowed me to merge analytical expertise with market-driven insights. In 2016, I joined RegioPlan Consulting as an Account Manager and have since grown into my current role as Head of Retail and Real Estate. My work revolves around helping stakeholders navigate evolving market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and sustainable real estate strategies. A key focus of mine is the repurposing and revitalization of existing properties—unlocking new potential in established locations while ensuring long-term value. Beyond consulting, I am passionate about knowledge-sharing and regularly conduct seminars on topics such as consumer trends, retail evolution, and real estate developments. When I’m not working, I love traveling, exploring the outdoors, and diving into topics of child psychology—always curious about how people interact with their environments, from urban spaces to family dynamics.
