I’ve learned that real transformation happens when we not only understand systems and technologies but also connect with people, create understanding, and build motivation. Because the energy transition is, at its core, a people-to-people business. I hold a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Digital Transformation focus) and am planning my Ph.D. on Energy Transformations, exploring how innovation and behavioral change can accelerate the shift toward a net-zero economy. & With over 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and communication, I bridge the gap between technical expertise and strategic storytelling, turning complex energy topics into messages that move people and drive acceptance.
