About Ines Windisch

My passion for people has guided me throughout my whole career. 30 years ago I have joined the pharmaceutical industry - it was love at first sight. I have learned my lessons in different areas like marketing, communications, public affairs & market access, HR and Sustainability - in Rx, Gx and CHC. While focusing on change management, organizational excellence and stakeholder management I have proven performance in successful integration and transformation projects in small startups and in larger organizations. I strive to engage the targeted community with drive, passion, creativity and personalized communication. I am leading Corporate Affairs & Sustainability and care for our team of more than people working at Zentiva, our partners and our planet. I am empowered to make the difference not only for our internal teams but same time for all people who depend on our high quality and affordable medicines.
