About Inez Castro

As a leasing consultant at ICM Properties, a professional property management company with 55 years of experience, I provide personalized apartment tours and facilitate rental agreements for clients in various Chicago neighborhoods. I earned the rank of #2 intern in terms of closings on apartment rentals, and #6 out of the entire office, demonstrating my skills in sales, communication, and negotiation. I also create and schedule content for social media platforms to promote engagement and coordinate the recruitment process for the maintenance team. I am a driven and focused student, currently pursuing a MS in Marketing with a focus on integrated marketing and communications at Loyola University Chicago, where I also received my bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in marketing in May 2021. I have gained valuable experience in marketing through internships at BMI Associates and Awakenings, where I implemented direct marketing campaigns, created content calendars and posts, analyzed social media metrics, and developed marketing plans. I am always looking for new ways to better myself or my company, and I am motivated by the challenge of finding creative solutions for complex problems.
