I have a master's degree in business administration and a WSET 1 Award in Wines, which reflects my interest in learning new things and expanding my horizons. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team where I share my vision and values of innovation, customer satisfaction, and social responsibility. As a bike mobility consultant, I advise and assist clients on how to implement and manage their ideal bike plan, taking into account their needs, preferences, and budget. I use my skills in consulting, mobility strategy, and sales to deliver high-quality service and support, from analysis and planning to delivery and after-sales. I also leverage my extensive network of partner bike shops and my knowledge of more than 80 bike brands and models to offer the best options and solutions for each client.
