Co-Author of The Silent Rebellion: Becoming a Modern Leader Executive leadership coach Inez Robinson-Odom is an innovator who has chosen to apply her talents to the areas of media, education, social justice, research and appreciative inquiry. With a master’s degree in Communications from Stanford University, Inez has worked in spaces that have demanded deep authenticity, academic rigor and keen reflection. From the major PBS documentary series EYES ON THE PRIZE on the American civil rights movement to national law enforcement media training producing, directing and writing on topics such as threat assessment to working as an administrator with students who are seeking to inspire greatness in the world around them, Inez’s career has been one replete with meaning. As the Vice President of Professional Development for TEAM LEWIS, she provides executive coaching, training and culture building to the team of professionals who epitomize the best in global marketing, digital media and public relations. She also loves all things Star Trek and cares deeply about a world where we optimize the human condition. With extensive experience in educational administration and media, I am a passionate leader. I strive to empower and inspire others to achieve their full potential. As the VP of Professional Development at TEAM LEWIS, a global integrated communications agency, I provide "one on one" coaching. Innovative and effective learning and development programs for our diverse and talented workforce is also central. Mentorship calls are also an opportunity for team members to discuss a challenge or concern in detail. I employ the OSCAR model of coaching to provide support. I have successfully led and managed enrollment, innovation, and outreach teams at prestigious schools and organizations, increasing student retention and engagement. My core competencies include: staff development, fundraising, event management, media relations, and youth leadership. I have a proven track record of creating and implementing effective strategic initiatives and research projects. I am also an experienced executive producer and CEO of both Miss Inez's School of Home Training and IMO Productions.
