That experience shaped my belief in person-centred, strength-based approaches and drives my passion for supporting others through career transitions. As a Career Development Practitioner, I provide one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, and tailored résumé and job search strategies. I strongly believe in experiential learning, giving people a taste of the real world of work, helping them transfer knowledge from the classroom to meaningful employment, and boosting their confidence along the way. What makes my approach unique is my genuine curiosity about people’s stories and my commitment to building trusting, supportive relationships. Even small steps forward can make a meaningful difference, and I love helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and momentum toward their goals.
