Hey, I’m Inga! I am passionate about the intersection of customer experience and technology, innovation. My passion and inspiration are derived from all the versatile skills and experience I’ve gained working in the distribution of IT and consumer electronics products for 20 years. I’ve dedicated 13 years to improving, leading, and transforming AVAD Baltic’s proposition and added value as the chosen partner for distributing state-of-the-art Apple technologies. It has been an exciting and challenging journey. I’ve been a part of the team, playing a pivotal role in guiding a newly-established company to become a trusted Apple Authorized Distributor in the Baltics. During my time with AVAD Baltic, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and experience that has helped mould me to become a better professional and leader. When asked what I can bring to a company, I would describe myself as someone who is strategic, analytical, and highly articulate when it comes to business. I thrive on getting under the surface of a business, understanding the challenges, and implementing organisational change to deliver sustainable revenue and profit gains in a customer-centric environment. I’ve proven experience of business transformation underpinned by a unique portfolio skillset of Customer Experience, Strategy, Operations, and Delivery. I’ve guided the business to deliver outstanding service to its customers by putting them at the heart of the process. Currently, I’m working to add value to the fintech company.
