About Inga Esko

Starting my career as a Java developer and, after 8 years, transitioning into new roles first as a system analyst and later as a lead analyst, I am responsible for development of the field of analysis, so that the objectives stemming from the company's strategy are met. This means building a framework for conducting analysis in various business domains and analysis stages. As a lead analyst, I am also engaged in mentoring, which includes providing support and guidance to other analysts, whether it's related to issues arising in a specific project or their overall competency development. My passion lies in maintaining a “big picture” and delivering comprehensive solutions in collaboration with architects to provide clients with the precise service or product they need, even if they lack a specific vision.
