With over 4 years in the IT sector as a Project Manager, I’ve combined my passion for planning and organization with a solid foundation in project management principles. My journey in IT began after a 12-year career managing complex projects within the EU Structural and Investment Funds industry, where I honed my skills in organizing, managing, and controlling investment and public-private partnership projects. Transitioning to IT was a challenge, but my background, coupled with my PSM I and PRINCE2 certifications, has enabled me to navigate the dynamic tech landscape effectively. I’m a firm believer in continuous learning and growth—whether through programs like Women Go Tech or leadership courses like Smart Women—and I thrive on overcoming challenges to bring successful results to every project. My friends often say that I can’t live without challenges, and I couldn’t agree more. Embracing new experiences is what drives me to grow, both personally and professionally. Lifelong learning may be demanding, but it’s the only way to stay competitive and excel in today’s world.
