I lead with authenticity, courage and through co-creation. My superpower is the ability to make friends inside and outside organisations who want to go along, set and deliver goals that, at first glance, look too high to achieve. My background in actuarial mathematics, coupled with over 16 years of experience in IT development and extensive studies in psychology, equips me with the ability to connect the dots of all kinds of data around me. Even in chaotic and unknown situations, I maintain clarity and perspective. I am deeply driven by action and delivery, capable of setting a vision of where to go and building effective strategies to achieve it. I understand my motivations and am capable of helping others discover theirs. I express my servant leadership character by mastering coaching techniques and teaching others the same for several years now. My greatest motivation at work arises when I feel I am growing myself and witnessing my team succeed with their ambitious goals. I feel I was not born for the Broadway lights; I prefer a quiet reading corner instead. However, when I have something to say, it brings me unbelievable pleasure to stand in the spotlight in front of large audiences.
