About Inge Bruynooghe
The eco-system of startups and scale-up companies on the Open Manufacturing Campus on the Philips site inspired me to take a career step outside the multinationals. Since 1st of November 2018, I am co-owner and CEO of Ergotrics NV, a medtech startup specialized in positioning and moving patients with compressed air in healthcare. As a senior leader I gained a broad international experience in managing procurement, product innovation, operations (outsourcing and factories) and supply chain. I am recognized for my strengths in leadership, strategy, change management, project management and team building. Furthermore, I am strongly engaged with an active role on several Boards (Open Manufacturing Campus, Flanders Make and Agoria Vlaanderen) and city politics.
