Background

About Inge Grini

I’m a lifelong entrepreneur and venture builder with successful exits and two decades of experience building technology companies from the ground up in industries ranging from finance, energy, shipping, retail, real estate and health. As CEO and Co-Founder of Intellectual Labs, one of Europe’s pioneering AI-first VENTURE STUDIOS, I focus on turning science into scalable ventures — funding and building AI-native startups that push boundaries in health, industry, and deep tech.I have spent my career at the intersection of innovation and execution in deep tech companies — founding, investing in, and guiding early-stage companies through growth and exit. Alongside our ventures @Ambr Institute (advancing personalized, data-driven healthcare through applied AI) and @Alpha Eight (A fully automated hedge fun) we are creating the next generation of AI-driven companies. On top of all that, my partners and I are always at work thinking out ways to impact lives, society and the future in general with science, AI and collaboration. Let’s connect if you’re working on AI, health innovation, or emerging tech, I’m always eager to collaborate with visionary builders and thinkers!
