Wishing Wellness offers an array of customized wellness programs and services, in addition to providing wellness consultation, education and presentations on a variety of platforms, including virtual conferences, online courses, and prerecorded and live webinars via social media channels. I am a Holistic Wellness Professional who, driven by my own hunger to heal, expand and enhance my life experience, has burnished a comprehensive and customized roadmap to freedom in all of the facets of our lives, using Emotional Intelligence as the critical root path. My true gift, and most passionate endeavor, is soulful expansion, which is the direct result of the emotional and spiritual transformation that is the product of doing the deeper work. The work that lies below the surface of our human experiences, where our unresolved unconscious fears and false beliefs cast their shadows upon our daily lives. The Becoming Buoyant Method comes Full Circle through to the other side, shining light onto the unconscious shadows, thereby drawing them into consciousness, so that we can feel our way through them, and free ourselves from the twines that tether us. This method is my greatest passion, inspiration, and contribution to our collective experience as human beings. I have lived a life dedicated to self-awareness, and health & wellness. I began my journey many years ago with a group of people, who put on workshops that guide and support people to step through their fears, and live from their authentic truth. These years of experience became the foundation for my beliefs, and the cornerstone of unique gifts that I have developed over my life to assist people to unfold into the far reaches of their potential. I am a Certified Holistic Life and Health Coach, Somatic Therapist, and Yoga & Pilates Instructor. In addition, I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration. I aspire toward alignment, both spiritually and physically, and practice a holistic approach to wellness, taking conscious steps that result in permanent transformation. My vision is to effect positive change, and create wholeness through mind, body and spirit. My name is Inge, and I'll be your guide. So get in, buckle up, and enjoy the ride! The time is now.
