I have over 20 years of experience in marketing and communication within FMCG and other B2C / B2B companies and within retail. I have worked on a Belgian and international level and have managed teams directly or within a matrix organization. I want to achieve sustainable growth for brands by formulating the business and marketing objectives, refining the positioning and value proposition of the brand and uncovering the needs and requirements of the target audience. I know how to translate this strategic exercise into the right products & services, innovations and (digital) support and to work out the appropriate (digital) communication and activation. As a people manager, I love to work in a team and to define our common goals, coach the team towards concrete achievements and personal growth and celebrate success with the team.
