About Inge Natalia

As a former HR Manager at A&O Shearman, I am now continuing my professional journey as an HR Consultant, dedicated to providing data-driven solutions to organizations. My goal is to help businesses optimize their HR strategies and enhance their overall performance through informed decision-making. Before and after pursuing my MBA at Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, from 2018 to 2019, I served as an HR Consulting Manager at Mercer Talent Consulting in Jakarta, Indonesia. During my time at Mercer, I led various HR projects, including Organization Structure Design and Assessment, Rewards Design (such as Position Evaluation, Market Competitiveness Analysis, Job Grading Design, Salary Structure Design, and Short-Term Incentives Design), and Workforce Planning. Prior to my role at Mercer, I worked as a Talent & Rewards Analyst at Towers Watson for 1.5 years, where I contributed to multiple projects focused on Job Evaluation, Salary Structure, Benefit Review, and Workload Analysis. I also managed salary surveys across industries, including Banking and Life Insurance. I am passionate about leveraging data to drive HR initiatives and am excited to partner with organizations to create effective and sustainable HR solutions.
