About Inge Tempels

With almost 25 years of experience, I’m energised by getting things done as a team. Aligned with the company strategy and management, I define tangible targets, set clear priorities and adapt to evolving business needs. I’m fostering a sustainable and inclusive work environment by leveraging individual and collective strengths, mentoring and motivating my team members and facilitating collaboration within and beyond my team. My approach is solution-oriented, empathic and customer focused at all times. Throughout my career in (international) companies, I mastered the balance between people management, leadership and technical skills. I’ve developed and deployed strategies, built and led quality teams (10 to 45 members), maintained customer and supplier relationships and managed projects. I’ve mainly been responsible for the Quality Management System, its related quality team and budget in highly regulated industries and services such as Pharma, Aerospace, Food and Automotive. In my current position I looked after Human Resources topics as well. Given my previous functions, I have a decent knowledge about Safety, Health, Environment and Security Management Systems.
