Experienced in supporting Key Accounts and Chain customers for Schwarzkopf Professional and Indola throughout the Netherlands. I’m an expert in understanding what the clients needs are and translate these to commercial objectives and customized long-term and annual plans. I develop custom made training courses based on the clients needs, business operations, the optimal sharing of (technical) knowledge, personal growth of branch managers and employees and maximizing service and revenue. I have excellent communication skills and with my enthusiasm and trust I can convince and motivate people which helps me to create useful partnerships and get things done. I’m pro-active, committed and very loyal.
