About Inge Wels

As an experienced Leadership Development facilitator, executive coach and consultant my goal is to support the development of people, teams and organisations. My specialism is creating a safe learning space for participants in the leadership development programs that I design and deliver to maximise impact back at work. The safe space offers my coaching clients the opportunity to explore their challenges and get to the root cause quickly. Facilitating the desired change for individuals, teams or organizations is what makes me tick. In my work with organizations, I design and run customised impactful programs focusing on Leadership Development, Leadership Transitions, Coaching skills and Change for all hierarchical levels. I’ve worked with many individuals, teams and organizations from various sectors, both in The Netherlands as well as globally, especially in Asia. In my coaching practice, I enjoy supporting people to understand themselves and their behavior and to help them find the inspiration or the autonomy to make their own (professional) choices in life. My clients value the caring and supportive space that I offer to explore personal challenges, discover new insights and change their behavior. At the same time, they say that I bring insightful challenge and empowerment in a pragmatic way, often with a touch of humor. My integrative approach to coaching is grounded in my expertise of various psychological perspectives and theories and is at the same time embedded in more than 20 years of experience in the field of personal and leadership Development. Next to working as an independent trainer/ consultant and coach, I’m Adjunct Faculty at Hult EF Corporate Education (formerly Ashridge Executive Education) since 2006 and freelance trainer and coach for NONONS opleiding, training en coaching.
