I'm an Agile People Coach with extensive experience in HR, Leadership Development, and organizational development. For over 15 years, I've partnered with organizations across diverse industries to drive transformative change and enhance operational effectiveness. My passion lies in people-centric organizations, fostering Agile mindsets, enabling teams to adapt to change rapidly, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. In my current role as an Agile People Coach at Agile People, I've had the privilege of working with forward-thinking organizations, helping them navigate the complexities of agile adoption. As a freelance consultant with IMprove Consulting - HR, I've had the opportunity to work across borders, serving clients in both Oslo, Norway, and Stockholm, Sweden. My experience as an Interim Management professional includes critical roles such as Interim Konserndirektør / CHRO at MultiConsult ASA and Interim SVP Human Resources at Mycronic AB. Previously, I held the position of VP of Human Resources at Kongsberg Automotive, a global automotive company with a presence in 18 countries. I played a pivotal role in leading HR transformations, streamlining processes, and facilitating the shift of production to low-cost countries. My extensive background also includes roles such as VP Talent Management, where I established global leadership development programs, implemented HRIS systems, and built strong employer branding strategies. My dedication to strategic HR has been recognized by colleagues and endorsed by professionals in the field. I hold an MBA in General Management, Economy, Finance, and Organizational Development from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration and have earned certifications in Agile HR and Instruction.
