After having been in senior HR leadership positions for 10+ years I embarked in 2022 a new career as Facilitator and Coach. I facilitate the Culture and Leadership programs for Applied Medical and I am the founder of my own business: Explority Coaching. In my coaching sessions we will explore together what you really want, what’s in your way and set your priorities to become the person you are longing to be and create the impact you want to create. I also help teams to flourish and blossom! I will help creating awareness on the team dynamics and behavior and have the team take responsibility to become the team they are inspired to be. My coaching sessions are available in Dutch and English. Preferably my coaching sessions take place in NATURE during a hike in the forest around Utrecht. Offcourse online or onsite is also possible.
