About Ingenuin Stephan Alton

Trained as an industrial engineer and focusing on modern technologies, I specialized myself on transforming companies into digital-driven organizations. My approach is to use a scientific analytical method to identify gaps developing a transformation strategy using a communicative coordination approach with senior management and other employee levels. The goal is to implement growing minimum valuable products reacting agile on functional requirements. In my role as Supply Chain Project and Solution Manager in GKN Automotive, I am responsible for developing a digital strategy for the operational business, to align it between the two business units Driveline and ePowertrain, to coordinate and lead transformation projects, to investigate and analyze the market for solutions in cooperation with IT function, to replace outdated software or implementing automated scalable data-driven solutions for repetitive work processes. In addition to the selection and design, implementation and rollout is also part of my job.
