More than 20 years of experience with Records, Data, Information- and Document Management from private global and governmental companies among others Carlsberg, Ørsted and ROCKWOOL I am very passionate about getting my colleagues to use digital storage systems in order to reduce risks and increase efficiency and to understand the importance of having a strong records management practise. My approach to work typically involves building and maintaining strong collaboration within the organisation, with a particular focus on stakeholders' needs, leading by example to inspire others – and, of course, hard and persistent work from my side. I have worked with all aspects of Records, Data and Document Management from operational processes, project management, consulting to strategic planning. Digitalisation and optimisation of records management processes, implementation of IT solutions, defining overall polices or improving existing policies/standards has been an important part of my responsibilities.
