Previously, I led the team at Keystone Education Group that grew kursfinder.de from a concept into Germany’s leading continuing-education marketplace, serving over 2 million annual users. That 12-year journey from a blank whiteboard to a seven-figure P&L taught me how to connect technology to real-world growth, team dynamics, and customer needs. I'm currently deepening my strategic toolkit in an Executive MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (’25), because execution and learning should compound in real time.
