About Ingmar Kupferer

I am a senior sales executive accomplished in building high-performing teams, creating strategic vision, and enabling commercial excellence. My decisions are based on sustainable data and scientific evidence, while involving peers, colleagues and business partners to contribute to the process. My aim is to perform and to get these things done, which contribute to the result. My MedTech experience spans over 28 years while I spent the last 24 years in international sales and marketing roles within the Dental Industry. While being a compassionate leader I became a trusted business partner for in- and external business partners. I welcome change and deliver growth, despite shifts in priorities. My global background - being in charge for EMEA and APAC region - helped me to perform in cultural context. Strategy development is a focus of mine, especially while working with our Partners in the EMEA and APAC region. I am a passionate learner and topics around mindset, resilience and motivation are the areas I love to explore. I hold an MBA from Open University in UK and a Bachelor in Economics in Germany (Betriebswirt/ VWA). Both programs, being sideline studies, equipped me with the business management tools and help me to gain a broad understanding of Sales, Marketing and Operations.
