Experienced and strategically minded finance executive with 16 years of leadership experience in multinational corporate structures and regulated as well as commercial industries. In various CFO-related roles, I have been responsible for complex transformation, growth and finance projects, including IPO-readiness, M&A, performance steering, management of large projects, ESG reporting and digitalisation of the finance function. As a doctor of business administration with an international mindset (including Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and Russia), I see myself as an integrative leader and trusted sparring partner for CEOs, supervisory boards and investors – both in the public and private equity sectors. I find perspectives in which I can specifically contribute and further develop my experience in strategic financial management, transformation and team building particularly exciting.
