Experienced Plant Director with 20+ years in specialty ingredients and food manufacturing, combining strong operational leadership with a pragmatic, people-oriented approach. Currently holding full P&L responsibility for the Nienburg production site, with a track record of driving performance, strengthening safety and quality cultures, and leading large-scale manufacturing organizations. As part of a Business Unit transformation, I expanded my scope to multi-site leadership across Nienburg (Germany) and Vilvoorde (Belgium), ensuring alignment, operational stability, and cross-site collaboration during a period of structural change. My background across operations, safety, and continuous improvement enables me to take a holistic approach to manufacturing performance – from shop floor execution to strategic decision-making. I have successfully led change initiatives, implemented KPI-driven management systems, and strengthened communication across all organizational levels to improve transparency, ownership, and results. Currently, my focus is on supporting the strategic development of the Nienburg site, including its preparation for integration into a Joint Venture – a key milestone for the Business Unit’s future. In addition, I serve as a board member of ChemieNord and have further strengthened my strategic perspective through an executive program at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management. I am particularly interested in topics such as operational strategy, transformation, cross-site integration, and performance optimization in complex manufacturing environments.
