MPhil Candidate in Political Theory at the University of Oxford (2024-2027) and graduate, High Distinction, of the Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Philosophy and Political Science at Trinity College in the University of Toronto (2018-2023). Interested in political economy, political history, economic history, the history of economic thought and European social, political and critical theory of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries; information theory and first generation cybernetics, the economics of information, the history of intellectual property in legal and business management contexts, the theory and practice of digital humanities, and evolving debates in science and technology policy; the theory and techniques of formal modelling, statistical analysis, econometrics, data analytics and, in general, quantitative social science; and the history and theory of nineteenth-century classical psychiatry and twentieth-century psychoanalysis from Freud to Lacan. Currently working on a theory of the politico-economic transformations in Western capitalism from the Golden Age of Capitalism (1945-70s) to the post-Fordist age of neoliberalism (1970s-2020s) and the impact of this shift on the theoretical production, political practice, and social-ontological self-conception of the Left. 6+ years of experience in academic research, writing, editing and mentorship. Additional experience (1 year, during global COVID-19 pandemic) in student leadership, student government, and university governance. Recent (2024-) and ongoing experience in data annotation and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) for large language artificial intelligence (AI) models (e.g. ChatGPT). Recent (2025-) and ongoing experience in digital marketing and business outreach for a small business in the architectural design & consulting industry in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
