I am a problem solver that is passionate about helping people to achieve. I have done this as an educator, program assistant, and team member in fast-paced settings. I strive to create inclusive environments where everyone can participate while being challenged to continue to improve. I do that by connecting with people from all backgrounds to give them the tools to overcome obstacles and build upon their capabilities. My experience includes working across different organizations and processes to facilitate results for a variety of people. I am happy to serve in whatever capacity needed to make the vision a reality. My ability to learn quickly and resilience in tackling complex situations is grounded in my dedication to helping people. I think critically, look to the data, and find ways to scale the best practices to maximize the outcomes of everyone. Some of my professional achievements include: • 7+ years of working with kids of all abilities (K-12) to facilitate optimal learning outcomes while working across programs, districts, and educational standards. • Developing, administering, and improving on a variety of programs and projects including curriculum development, academic standards, balanced assessment systems, equity, social services coordination, pedagogy, and data. • Learned regulatory standards and expectations to design systems, deliver programs, and administer services to people from diverse backgrounds of all ages and abilities.
