About Ingrid Fallin

I am a Subject Matter Expert on the Predictive Modeling team with Qlarant on the CMS PIMASC project. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center. I have over 20 years of combined healthcare experience in clinical practice and working with Medicare contractors on projects to identify and prevent Fraud, Waste, and Abuse in the Medicare program. As a Claims Analyst my work had an emphasis on medical records review of Medicare Part A, Part B, Home Health and DME pre-pay and post-pay records which included review and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations, Federal regulations, state and local laws. As a Subject Matter Expert, my work has an emphasis on researching current trends, policy, and analyzing claims data on an ongoing basis seeking patterns and trends to identify the most egregious Medicare providers.
