Having started my real estate career in the Peel region and then onto the Rockingham region and now owing Elders Real Estate Mandurah. I have a diverse level of knowledge relating to these locations. In the recent past I had been a business owner of a large agency in Rockingham for a period of 11 years, with approximately 900 rentals and 30 staff. During this time, we had grown a rental portfolio from 400 properties to 900, via a mix of acquisition and organic growth methods, the Real Estate business was primarily Property Management focused. Selling the Rockingham business in 2021 and then purchasing another business in Mandurah has allowed myself and my family some wonderful opportunities to be in business together. With a specialized knowledge of investment and investors in Real Estate and having had the opportunity to be a Licensee with intensive knowledge of Property Management and the needs of investor clients, my point of difference is I understand your needs relating to property that is held as an investment, at the time of sale, purchase and leasing.
