Experience Educator with over 21 years of experience, in different roles including: Bilingual teacher (in the USA and South America), DL/ESL District’s Instructional Specialist, National Instructional Coach and currently PD and Outreach Specialist for Be GLAD. Ingrid has demonstrated her passion and purpose for doing what is best for students,teachers and educational administrators around the nation. Ingrid had supported the implementations of programs using her expertise as teacher and understanding the administrative side of Education. Her devotion and commitment for connecting and supporting teachers and administrators nationally through her abilities to build personal connection and establish efficient communication, have made her career an amazing journey. Ingrid has a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and a Master in Educational Administration from Concordia University. Ingrid have earned multiple Certification through out her career including Coaching. Fluent in English, Spanish and German. Google Certified Educator, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint and IOs.
