About Ingrid Hocquet
During the last 3 and a half years, I had the opportunity to follow design definition, flight test phases and to support launching customers during and after the entry Into Service period. As an Air System Specialist, I was in charge of supporting engineering team during the system design by providing them In Service experience return and sharing operator constraints. Then, I was sent in Bombardier facility in Mirabel (Canada) to support the air framer during flight test period. In this mission, my daily concern was to record, collect and analyze input data, ensure this data are consistent with the system specification and write flight test report for aircraft certification. Now, Since CSERIES Entry into service in July 2016, I am supporting all the launching customers by answering their technical inquiry and by monitoring our system behavior in order to decide/coordinate the necessary actions to maintain an acceptable level of performance.
